Orkney Camp 2005 » Check it out - Camp Bullet points Island Capers Every 3 years we return to Orkney for a week long summer camp. This was our 10th visit. We were again lucky with the weather, with only a single day of mist and rain. Brilliant ! This year we travelled direct to Kirkwall on the Northlink Ferries boat from Aberdeen.We departing at 5pm, arriving in Kirkwall at 11.30pm. Its a long journey but didn't seem so as we played cards, listened to music and read. Some even went to the onboard cinema to see the Batman film. Company Picture
